This happy little Buddha was inspired by Toile de Jouy fabric. The original drawing is available on etsy, just click the image and it will take you there.
But he is also a fun little fabric on spoonflower. I hope to be able to make him available for sale to the public soon.

This is how I spent my Thanksgiving. While relatives talked around me, I sketched and inked the borders of this this drawing. Next is of course paint.

Well here is my latest concept. I sketched this directly onto the watercolor paper without any preliminary sketches. You can see where I have lightly sketched in where the border design will be. Now to decide what the border design will be.

Yesterday I went to Generator Coffee, hung some art and then finished up 2 different watercolor paintings – shown here. James is home on his vacation and had dental surgery and I have found it hard to work with him here. I suspect that if he ever retires I might have to rent [...]

My other creative endeavor is making my daughter fun lunches. I though I would share her special Halloween Lunch with you all.
