Mango Turkey Cutlets – Adapted from a crockpot recipe when I didn’t have 6 hours to wait.
Ingredients:
1 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 mango peeled, pitted and diced
1 garlic clove
salt
pepper
1c chicken broth
6 turkey cutlets
