 | You might have noticed that the art postings have slowed this week. Well,I am in need of an artist date. You know that weekly getaway proposed in the Artist Way,that is supposed to refill the creative well. Like everyone I have had to tighten my belt and work within a much smaller budget. [...] This week’s Illustration Friday theme is “Caution”. So in keeping with my current theme of dragons we have a Dragon Crossing Caution sign. James gave me the jumping off point for this one. I couldn’t wrap my mind around the theme right away,so I asked him what he thought. He claimed to be [...] K’s 101 Dalmation boxes. Well it is about time for school to start. Which means it is time for my favorite food prep time is upon me again. I love packing lunches for the kids. I like to pack lunches for J too,but I don’t think he would appreciate some of the cute things [...] Another cute drawing for my Holiday Dragons Series. Here we have a pair of dragons dressed up for Thanksgiving and sharing a hug. The kids have been proving lots of ideas for Holiday themed dragon drawings ever since I did the ghost dragon. Once again I have made the original available on etsy. [...] I think it is way past time to start putting my work out in the world for licensing. So step 1 seemed to be making a page saying so here. I had recently finished this drawing as part of my holiday dragons that the kids requested,when today’s illustration friday theme of “wrapped”came in my email. This seemed to fit nicely.
