Well, the painting is finally taking shape. I still have a long way to go. Some more outlining and some details. But the detail work is really what takes the most time.

This is the point in my acrylics that they all look rather ugly. It only gets better from here.
Next I am going to be layering in some more colors in the fairy cats and mushrooms, then some shading.

Well, I rather liked the watercolor version, but I thought that if I did the painting in acrylic (My usual medium), that I might be able to get some more intense colors.
